1. One door for members and dentists

Members and dental providers sign in at the same place and land on the side that is theirs. New members can enroll from the same screen.

2. What a member sees first

The member's dashboard opens on what the membership has saved them this year, then the benefits the plan includes for free (cleanings, exams, X-rays, fluoride) with how many are left. Quick actions sit beside them: find a dentist in network, check what a procedure costs, and review treatment plans.

An earlier version, on the demo account. Some of its wording has since changed, because Clear Care is a membership rather than insurance.

3. The back office, at a glance

The team's home screen: members, dentists, revenue and activity in one view, in dark or light. The sidebar is the whole business: members, dentists and leads; appointments and support; plans, plan requests and promo codes; media affiliates; staff and reports.

4. Every member issue in one queue

Staff raise a ticket about a member, give it a priority and a category (billing, appointment, benefits, general) and work it from open to closed, so a declined card or a same-day appointment request does not get lost in someone's inbox.

5. The marketing blog, run from the same app

Posts on the public marketing site are markdown files in git. This page edits them through the GitHub API, so the team and the AI publishing agent work from one source of truth. Every save goes live within a minute or two, and a post that would break the site is rejected before anything is committed.

6. Editing a post

Title, audience and date, a description that is used word for word as the search and social preview text, and the body in markdown. The address is locked once a post is live, because changing it would break every link already pointing at it.
