Social Manager

What it is

A self-hosted social media scheduler, built so the team's brands do not each need a Buffer or Hootsuite seat. Connect each brand's Instagram and Facebook Page once, then compose, schedule and publish from one dashboard. It is a private tool: the team signs in, and each person only sees the brands they have been given.

What it does

• Compose once, post everywhere it belongs. Photos, Facebook videos and Reels, and Instagram Reels, saved as a draft, scheduled, or posted now.
• A posts page that tells the truth. Upcoming, past, drafts and anything that needs attention. A post that misses its slot is retried, and one that is too late is marked missed rather than sent at a strange hour.
• What worked. Post stats from Meta, the best times to post, follower trends, and a comment inbox to reply, hide or delete without opening each app.
• Small tools that save a trip. A hashtag cleaner that warns past Instagram's limit, a bio checker, an image resizer and a grid preview.
• From the blog to the feed. New posts on the brands' blogs show up ready to share, and a blog link can be turned into a social post.
• Several brands, one login. Admins choose which brands each person can see. Sign-in uses a password plus a code from an authenticator app, and the brands' account keys are stored encrypted on the server.

LinkedIn is next, once LinkedIn approves access to its posting API.
