Terry Co CRM
liveprivateWhat it is
The in-house CRM for the Terry Co companies, built so the group could stop paying for HubSpot. Contacts, companies, deals and notes live in one place, each record tagged with the company it is being worked for, and the outreach agents read and write to it through its API. It is a private tool: staff sign in with accounts the owner creates, and nobody can sign themselves up.

Only the sign-in page is shown here. Everything behind it is real company data.
What I built
- A CRM the team owns. Built on the open-source Comp AI CRM, branded for Terry Co and run on the company's own server instead of a monthly subscription.
- A move without losing anything. The first version ran on a different open-source CRM that nobody liked using. Every contact, company, deal, note and custom field was carried across to this one, and the switch happened in a day.
- Sign-in that fits a small team. Email and password, with accounts the owner creates and passwords reset by the owner rather than by an email link.
- An import page. Drop a CSV in Settings and it becomes contacts, so a new list never needs a developer.
- A door for the agents. The outreach agents add and update contacts through the CRM's API, so their work shows up where the team already looks.
- Kept out of search. It is an internal tool, so it tells Google and every other crawler not to list it.
